Actian Vector Windows environment prerequisites

The following must be installed:

Actian Vector database on any computer in your network. Make sure to configure the tables that you need for replication.
Actian Vector DBA Tools. This includes the Ingres ODBC driver 3.5 or later. You must install the DBA tools on the same computer as the Actian Vector database.
